BULLARD -- Jane Bullard, age 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Being born and raised in Oil City, PA, gave her historical knowledge of the discovery of oil. She shared the story of this discovery with all whom she met. After graduating from nursing school she served in the US Navy as a nurse during World War II. She was very proud to have served her country. Being a nurse and a veteran were among her life's greatest accomplishments. Jane was active in the Assistance League of Albuquerque where she enjoyed many volunteer hours at the Bargain Box. Family and the love of her children were foremost in her heart. Jane is survived by her daughter, Catie Angell of Albuquerque; and her son, David Angell of Portland, OR.
