ZIMBELMAN -- Ruby E. Zimbelman, 60, died peacefully and pain free on Friday, May 15, 2009. She is survived by her husband Bob; son Travis Daniel; and many other family and friends. Ruby had a heart of gold, would do anything for anybody. She leaves a void in our lives that will never be filled and she will be greatly missed. Mrs. Zimbelman was a homemaker and also worked in different facilities helping special needs individuals, was an avid reader, and was a huge fan of Elvis. She especially enjoyed her cat, Caesar, who also misses her. He is as loving and caring as Ruby, she trained him well, and he gives lots of love to everyone, and lots of love bites, "ouch". Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE to pay respects, Wednesday, May 20, 2009 from 3 - 5 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, May 21, 2009, 11:00 a.m., at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, 7401 Copper NE. Cremation will be at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory.
