GARCIA -- Fernando "Fred" Eloy Garcia, 55, passed away on April 5, 2009. He was born on October 11, 1953, in Albuquerque. He is survived by his parents Rose and Matt Parker; two sisters, Kathy Haley and Frances Garcia; three sons Matthew Garcia, Jason Garcia, and Shawn Varnado; his daughter Mariah Garcia; and four nieces Marlena Gonzales, Theresa Gonzales, Brittany Garcia, and Crystal Garcia. Fred's family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of their relatives and friends for the kind expression of sympathy extended to them during their bereavement.
