HORNBAKER -- Jane Grier Hornbaker, born September 5, 1928 in Kansas City, Mo., passed away Thursday, March 19, 2009 of a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Hornbaker; seven children, Jane Holt (Howard), Kathleen Brown (Michael), Phillip Harrington, Becky Gansen (Jim), Joseph Harrington (Terri), Maureen Castro (Max) and Timothy Harrington; three step-children, Robbie Blum (Adam), Terry Hornbaker (Madeira) and Kelly Hornbaker (Melinda); 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five sisters and two brothers and many nieces and nephews, as well as other family members and friends who loved and will miss her. Janie and her family arrived in Albuquerque, NM in 1952 and moved to Pendaries, NM in 1987. A Service will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Las Vegas, New Mexico on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at 9:00 AM, with a reception following.
