AGUILAR -- Richard P. Aguilar, 72, was born in Capitan, NM but made Albuquerque his home, passed away on February 10, 2009 at home with his loving family at his side. Mr. Aguilar is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Rita; his sons, Ernest Aguilar, Andy Aguilar and wife, Evelyn, James Aguilar and wife, Connie, Anthony Aguilar and girlfriend, Sarah, Pablo Aguilar and wife, Anna; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five sisters; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Richard was the owner and operator of Aguilar Trucking, where he and his sons worked as truck drivers. Visitation will be Saturday, February 14, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Tower Road Baptist Church, 601 86th St. SW with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Woods, presider.
