PADILLA -- Annette Melissa Padilla, age 30, died February 1, 2009. She was born in Albuquerque, NM on January 21, 1979. She had been a Culinary Arts student at CNM and would have received her diploma in August. Annette loved and had a passion for cooking for her family and friends. She loved reading, writing and various poets. She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed getting to know people from all paths of life. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Lorenzo N. Padilla and Ermelinda Padilla. Annette is survived by her parents Nora and Antonio Padilla, sister Angela Padilla, Anthony S. Trujillo close family member, and fiance Jey Ticona-Obregon of Albuquerque; also surviving grandparents John and MaryAnn Gonzales of Cimarron, NM and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2009 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Riverside Funeral Home, a Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in Cimarron, NM at the Immaculate Conception Church, Burial will follow at the Cimarron Mountain View Cemetery.
