LIPCAMAN -- Nadine M. Lipcaman, 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 1955, departed to Glory on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Don; one son, Louie and wife, Sherry Lipcaman, all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Donovan and wife, Maria Lipcaman, Candice Lipcaman; and great-granddaughter, Kayla; brother, Lewis Miller and wife, Joanne of Illinois; and other relatives and friends. She was born in Jacksonville, Illinois, on January 19, 1928, a daughter to the late Ernest Leroy and Iva Mae Miller. She enjoyed bowling, where she belonged to a league for over 20 years. She also enjoyed camping, fishing, and boating. Nadine was always at home in the kitchen with her family at her side. She had a great love for animals and gardening. Nadine was a devoted member of the Believers Center of Albuquerque. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2009, 1:00 p.m., at the Believers Center of Albuquerque, 320 Waterfall SE. The family will receive family and friends at the church, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will take place Friday, February 6, 2009, 10:30 a.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Don Kruse Scholarship Fund, 320 Waterfall SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.
