TRUJEQUE -- Maria Flora B. Trujeque. With heavy hearts, we watched you suffer and saw you slowly fade away. Maria Flora B. Trujeque left this world and went home to be with Our Lord after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. Flora was born in Tome, NM on April 12, 1919. Flora is preceded in death by her husband, Patrocino T. Trujeque; sons, Dr. Lawrence Trujeque and Steven A. Trujeque; her parents, Pablo and Felicitas Baca; brothers, Nash (Ignacio), Leo, Gume, and Joe Baca. Flora is survived by her son Patrick E. (Sonny) Trujeque; her daughters, Pauline Proctor, Phyllis West and husband, Dan; her beloved sisters, Josie Candelaria, Mary Camillio, and husband, Frank; brothers, Ralph Baca, Ray Baca and wife, Lorraine; and her aunt, Lola Baca of Tome. Flora is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends who loved her and will miss her. Memorial Services will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 833 Arizona NE, on Monday, December 29, 2008. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
