FANNING -- Timothy Joseph Fanning, age 40, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born to Kevin and Mary Jane Fanning on February 17, 1968 in Colorado Springs, CO. Tim graduated from Sandia High School in 1986, received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from UNM. He taught Freshman English at Cibola High School for the last six years and previously at LBJ Middle School. Tim was an avid Denver Broncos Fan; he loved the outdoors, golf, basketball, and all TV sports. Tim will be loved and missed by all his family, friends, and students. Timothy is survived by his parents; his sisters, Kathleen, Jennifer, and Laura; one brother, Jeff, all of Albuquerque. Tim is also survived by his golden retrievers, Bailey and Ginger; one uncle; several aunts; and cousins. The Recitation of the Most Holy Rosary will be recited on Wednesday December 3, 2008, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, December 4, 2008, 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church, Claremont and Vermont NE. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.
