LINDSEY -- Jean A. Lindsey, 87, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008 in Socorro, NM. She was born September 17, 1921 to William G. and Winifrith (Browne) in Central Butte, Saskatchewan, Canada. She retired from Los Alamos Labs after 30 years of service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo E. Lindsey. She is survived by her daughters Liz McMenemy and husband, William of Socorro; Judy Redman and husband, James of Scottsdale, AZ; and Jean Thurow and husband, Glen of Albuquerque, NM; her sister, Helen Durham of Grand Forks, British Columbia; grandchildren: Wayne, Ian, and Lindsey Troy; Jason, Justin, and Jordan Redman; and William Thurow; one grandson, Logan Troy. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Steadman-Hall Funeral Home, 309 Garfield, Socorro, NM. 575-835-1530.
