SLUSHER -- Floy A." Midget" Slusher, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2008. She was born to the union of Ralph and Iva Sutton on December 20,1928 in Clovis, New Mexico. She is survived by her husband of 53 years David L.Slusher; son, Michael Slusher; daughter, Linda Dooley, husband, Bob and their daughter, Amy; daughter, Dawn Kristensen, husband, Dave and their children, Cameren and Corey; and Floy's sister, Shirley Ragan. Floy was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Sutton and her twin brother, Floyd Sutton. She was a member and volunteer of Heights Christian Church. The family would like to give special thanks to the Presbyterian Hospice staff and volunteers for the compassionate care they provided. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, Sept. 4th 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at French Mortuary 10500 Lomas Blvd. Friends may visit on Wednesday September 3, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Should you desire, donations may be made in the name of Floy A.
