REED -- Wallace Anthony Reed Jr. known by all as Chip, left this world Wednesday August 13, 2008. Chip fought a long battle and his death will serve as a reunion with his parents Wallace Sr. and Inez Adelle, as well as both sets of his grandparents. He is survived by family including brother Gary Burnette of New York; son, Christopher Anthony of Albuquerque, his wife Danielle and children Ta'mar, Jaedyn, and Indigo; daughter Michelle Antoinette of Colorado and her son Nathan; and daughter Erin Annabelle of Texas and her husband Marcus Martinez. Chip was an avid supporter of the Washington Redskin's football team. A 23 year veteran of the United States Air Force and a 32nd degree Mason, Chip will be missed by his brothers around the world especially George "Smokie" Williams of Albuquerque. Chip has been cremated at the Aspen Funeral Alternatives and was interred with full military honors at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Stroke Association.
