BAUER -- Dallas "Dee" Bauer, age 64, passed away July 3, 2008. Dee was preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Sue Wyant. Dee is survived by her husband of 42 years, John Bauer; and her two daughters, Suzanne and Holly. She is also survived by her sister, Carolyn Lampson; and her nieces and nephew.Dee was born November 16, 1943 in Portsmith, NH. To say Dee was a "survivor" would be an understatement. Despite health challenges, Dee continued to smile and live strong, and to remain positive and grateful. Dee worked at UNM until she retired in 2006. She also received her degree from UNM with two small daughters at home. Dee liked to eat out and rate the chile at local restaurants. She was a good listener and loved being a mom. There were no Services planned, per her request. Aunt Dee, we love you and admire your strength, and I know we will see you again, all healed!
