FLORES -- Lydia Flores, age 60, of Albuquerque went home to be with the Lord on June 22, 2008. She was an active member of Sage Brush Community Church. She is survived by her daughter, Theresa Abeyta and husband Sisto Mike; their children, Richard, Fabian, Sarah and Amanda; and granddaughter Irys; daughter, Mary Jean Flores; and her children, Daniel, Yaulanda and Jesse; daughter, Angela Garcia and husband Santos and their children; Stephanie, Santos, Jr. and Anthony; daughter, Isabel Gonzales and Isaac Correa and their children, Brienna and Emily; and Lydia's son, Jose Gonzales. Lydia is also survived by her children's father, Manuel Gonzalez; her mother, Sally Sanchez; and her many brothers and sisters. She was the best cook ever, loved to dance, sing, loved her pets, and was a big time prankster. She loved the Lord most of all, and will be greatly missed by her loving family. A Prayer Service will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Eighth Street Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Garcia Mortuary. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Eighth Street Chapel. Burial will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
