URIOSTE -- Edward Louis Urioste May 25, 1958 to April 15, 2008. Edward, "Little Eddie," passed away on the eve of Tuesday, April 15, 2008, due to a motorcycle accident. Ed was a loving and patient father, son, brother, uncle, and nephew. He is survived by his two young daughters, Amy and Kaella; mother, Lena Urioste; and sister, Wendy Urioste, both of the family home; brothers, Chris Urioste and Ernie Urioste and wife, Tamra; nephew, Desi; and nieces, Abi, Amanda, and Andi; as well as aunts, uncles, and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his dad, Edward Urioste (Big Ed); grandparents, Manuel and Philomena Urioste, and Gilbert and Tillie Sena. Eddie was a free spirit who loved the Lord and everyone around him. He was a member of the local Carpenter's Union #1319. After he got his contractors license, he volunteered to go to St. Thomas and Aruba to help rebuild the areas that had been devastated by Hurricane Marilyn. He operated his own construction company; their name, Fugley Brothers. At the time of his death, he was working at Intel. He loved to fish, bowl, ride his bike, but more than anything else, he loved his two daughters and spent lots of time with them. He will leave a huge hole in everyone's heart that knew him and will never, ever be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Edward Urioste Children's Assistance Fund at Bank of America. Services will be held Saturday, April 19, 2008, 9:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel. A reception will follow at First Family Church, Recreation Center, 4701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, 87111.
