KILIAN -- Edwin M Kilian, 83, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 17, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Floy Anderson Kilian; his children, Dr Gary M. Kilian and wife, Deborah E., Harper Kilian and wife, Martha, and Elaine Boyett and husband, John; step-son, Stuart C Anderson; and step-daughter, Sheryl Anderson; 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends. Ed was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Burta. He was a devoted Christian, dedicated husband and father, and successful insurance agent. Ed was a member of the American Model Airplane Association, graduate of University of New Mexico, where he lettered in basketball, was active in the Naval ROTC, and eventually served in the United States Navy during WW II. He later served on the board of Heights General Hospital and was an avid member of the Lobo Club. Memorial Services will be Monday, April 21, 2008, 11:00 a.m., at Hoffmantown Church. Friends may visit Sunday, April 20, 2008, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. A private Burial Service will precede the Memorial.
