DOYLE -- Barbara M. Doyle slipped peacefully away Monday evening, April 7, 2008, at 92 years of age. She was preceded in death by her husband John "Jack" or "Sailor" Doyle, on April 27, 1978. Barbara was born and lived in Dubuque, Iowa, before moving to Albuquerque in March of 2003. She is survived by her son Pat Doyle and his wife Mary of San Diego, CA, three grandchildren, Kate Doyle of Irvine, CA, Capt. Michael Doyle and his wife Capt. Amanda Doyle of Ft. Hood, TX and Tom Doyle of San Diego, CA and her son Rev. Bishop David Doyle and his life partner Dan Kenaley of Albuquerque. Barbara was a much beloved member of the Acorns to Oaks family. A Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 17 at Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church in Albuquerque, with an 11:15 a.m. reception following at the Embassy House Apartments Community Room, 1330 Louisiana Blvd., NE.
