RUSSELL -- Roger W. Russell, 76, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, February 13, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Lorinda; his sister and brother-in-law, Veloy and Doug Franklin; his daughters, Jill and Pam and his daughter-in-law, Doreene; his grandchildren, Brianna, Josh, Tamara, Carlos, Emily, Megan, Cameron, Clint and Lauren. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeff Russell and by his parents, John and Bernice Russell. Roger was a long time KOB production director and was the bass singer for The Living Word and The Ambassadors gospel quartets. The family would like to thank Dr. Barbara McAneny and the staff at New Mexico Oncology Hematology Consultants for their loving and faithful care of him. A memorial service for Roger will be held Monday, February 18, 2008, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel.
