MUNYON -- Marie Munyon, 88, passed away on January 18, 2008 in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born in Ardmor, Oklahoma on July 1, 1919 to Alfred and Laura Coglon. Marie was a very loving wife and mother. She had a passion for Bridge and loved to crochet; an active member of her church and attended Sunday school on a regular basis at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, NM. She is survived by her husband, Neil Munyon of Rio Rancho, NM; her son, Frederick Hubbs and wife, Patty of San Jose, CA; one son-in-law, Sigmund Sobbota of Mesa, AZ who was very attentive to her needs. Marie is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Marie was also a loving mother to her seven step-children and eleven step-grandchildren, along with ten great-grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her first husband, Elsworth P. Hubbs and one daughter, Patricia Sabbota. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, NM with Senior Pastor Si Budagher, officiating. French Mortuary 9300 Golf Course Rd.
