MILLS -- Carmen Mills, 92, a resident of New Mexico for the past six years, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007. Carmen came to New Mexico from California. She was born February 26, 1915 in El Paso, Texas. She was a realtor for 45 years in Texas and California. Carmen enjoyed playing bingo, singing, and taking walks. She is survived by her daughter, Toni Payan and husband, Richard, of Corrales, NM; two granddaughters, Debi Potter of Albuquerque, and Sandra Johnson and husband, John of Ventura, CA; and one great-granddaughter, Bailey Osborne. The Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. with the Celebration of the Mass at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 4, 2008 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho. Interment of cremated remains will follow in Vista Verde Memorial Park.
