ARELLANO -- Uvaldo Arellano, age 72, beloved brother, uncle and friend, was called by the Lord to Eternal Life, Tuesday, December 11, 2007. He was born in Cuba, NM and was a resident of Bernalillo, NM. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church; and a member of the Sandoval County Sheriff's Posse. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Maria Arellano; brother, Moises Arellano; and niece, Christina Arellano. Uvaldo is survived by his sisters, Carol Archibeque and husband, Nestor, Rita Howard and husband, Dennis; his brothers, Gavino Arellano and wife, Maria, Guillermo Arellano and wife, Vivian, Joe V. Arellano and wife, Elizabeth; sister-in-law, Delfina Arellano; 12 nephews; and eight nieces; and numerous great-nieces, nephews, and friends. Visitations will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services-Alameda Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Leonard Archibeque, John Archibeque, Joseph Archibeque, Joseph Arellano, Jon Arellano, and Aurelio Vallejos. Honorary bearers will be Members of the Sandoval County Sheriff's Posse.
