SANCHEZ -- Domilina B. Sanchez, age 80, beloved and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister, was called to Eternal Life with the Lord, Saturday, November 3, 2007. Domilina was a resident of Bernalillo; she enjoyed crocheting, embroider, dance, and sing. She will be fondly remembered as a big hearted, caring and loving person, who was loved very much by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reginaldo Sanchez; children, Johnny, Leonard, Shirley, and Sylvia Sanchez. Domilina is survived by her loving children, Mercy Griego, Eva Sanchez, Lillian Alderete and husband, Ruben, Virginia Garcia and fiance, Rudy Vigil, Aline Chavez and husband, Randy, Reggie Sanchez Jr., Andrew Sanchez and wife, Rose, Anthony Sanchez, and Chris Sanchez; 34 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings, Polly Trujillo and husband, Eusebio, Victor Benavidez, and Danny Benavidez and wife, Ann; special caregiver and friend, Carol Sandoval; many other family members and friends. Domilina will be greatly missed by her loving family. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gabriel Sanchez, Randy Chavez, Ruben Alderete, A.J. Sanchez, Chris Garcia, and Gary Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers will be, James Griego, Gilbert Sanchez, Alvin Benavidez, and all her grandchildren.
