SHROBA -- Thomas G. Shroba, Sr., "Pop" was promoted to be face to face with the Lord on October 25, 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Muriel June, who is now reunited with him. Those who will miss him so much are his son, Tom, Jr. and wife, Cindy; his daughter, Nancy Lee; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Tom III, Laura, Janelle, Jenny; and five great-grandchildren, Averie, Abigail, Amara, Zachary, and Corey. He was one of 17 children, the oldest son, and worked hard at a young age to help support the family. His main occupation was in the management at General Motors in Linden, NJ for almost 40 years. God has wiped away all his tears and there's no more death nor crying nor pain, the first things have passed away. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 10, 2007, at 11:00 a.m., at Alameda Bible Church, 220 El Pueblo Rd. NW, Albuquerque.
