MUDRY -- Mary M. Mudry, 93, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1978, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2007. Mary was born November 2, 1913, the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Garnel Harahus in Van Meter, PA. She came to New Mexico from California. Mary had crocheted over 200 sweaters for charity, for handicapped children. She had lived independently until just recently. Mary was preceded in death by her son, David Mudry in 1977. She is survived by one sister, Helen Gugel of Marietta, OH; three nephews, Jack Harris of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, Gerald Harris of Marine City, MI, and Michael Harahus of Avondale, AZ; and one niece, Diane Gugel of Marietta, OH. The Rosary for Mary will be recited at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2007 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2007 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho.
