GUTIERREZ -- Jose R. Gutierrez went home to be with the Lord on October 11, 2007 at the age of 47. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ramon and Lucia Gutierrez, his daughter, Denise Gutierrez, his sister, Rosita Cormelius, his aunt, Mary Johnson, his uncle, Jim Johnson and the mother of his two children, Andrea Sena. He is survived by his parents, Jose and Carole Gutierrez; sister, Juanita Booher and husband, Keenan; sons, Jerry Gutierrez, Raymond Gutierrez and wife, Annette, Joseph Garcia, and Jonathan Christopher Garcia; daughter, Lucia Garcia; four grandsons and two granddaughters; his two favorite nephews, Ian and Lucas Booher; auntie, Carmen Johnson and husband, Art; grandmother, Eleanor Keels, along with many other uncles, aunts and other relatives. He will be missed by all. Visitations will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Stover Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services-Garcia Mortuary. Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 11:15 a.m. at San Martin Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mount Calvary. Pallbearers will be Leonard Gutierrez, Marino Talamantes, Guillermo Talamantes, Jose Talamantes, Martin Nieto, and Steve Sena.
