SYLVESTER -- Charles Sylvester passed away on August 3, 2007 in Albuquerque. Mr. Sylvester was born in Avoca, TX on August 13, 1930 to Alvin and Avo Sylvester. He had been a resident of Albuquerque for about 35 years. He was a graduate of Avoca High and attended McMurray College in Abilene, TX. He is survived by his wife, Erma Sylvester; and daughter, Holly Sylvester; nieces and nephews; Chuck Johnson and wife, Leslie, Jill Markum and husband, David, Leigh Clatterbaugh and husband, Scott, Mark Thane, and Jeff Thane and wife, Rhonda. He is preceded in death by his two sisters, Barbara Johnson and Janet Thane. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming NE.
