STUEBER -- Gerald R. Stueber, age 54, a 32 year resident of Placitas, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, July 26, 2007. Gerald is survived by his sons, Christopher and Kevin; his loving parents, James and Marie; his brother, Tom; sister, Patty; and the mother of his children, Debbie, a large extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard. Jerry graduated Sandia High School in 1971 and continued on to Arizona State University. During his life, Jerry worked for the US Forest Service as a firefighter with the Helitak crew, also many years at Sandia Peak Tram & Ski Co. Later, he started his family and opened his own business, Jerry's Bicycle Shop in the North Valley. Gerald will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him. A celebration of Gerald's life will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2007 from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Wyoming Chapel.
