LOPEZ -- HIGINIO G. Mr. Higinio G. Lopez, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on June 30, 2007. Mr. Lopez is the beloved father to his 12 children, Gilbert Lopez and wife, Gabriela, Belen Burkeen and husband, Jimmy, Rosie Deyarmon and husband, Al, Tina Martinez and husband, David, Sr., Anita Sanchez and husband, Robert, Jeanette Zamora and husband, Manuel, Ray Lopez and wife, Debra, Morris Lopez and wife, Angela, Gary Lopez and wife, Beverly, Eugene Lopez and wife, Patricia, Nancy Lucero, Rodney Lopez and wife, Pauline. Mr. Lopez is also survived by his girlfriend, Priscilla Montano; two sisters, Ordilia Sedillo and husband, Juan and Melba Cordova; three brothers, Leo Lopez and wife, Soleme, Herman Lopez, Rick Sanchez and wife, Sally; 49 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren; one uncle, Emiliano Lopez and wife, Mela; and many other extended family members. Mr. Lopez was preceded in death by his wife, Manuelita T. Lopez, 1990; his daughter, Mercy Wagner; his son, Arturo Lopez; and his parents, Jesus and Manuelita Lopez. Mr. Lopez was a member of the Catholic Church and will be missed very much. Visitation for Mr. Lopez will be Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. unti 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. by Deacon Pablo LeFebre. Final visitation will be Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m by Father Bijoy Frances. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodney Lopez, Vicente Lopez, Guy Burkeen, Larry Sam, David Martinez Jr., Manuel Zamora Jr., Raymond Lopez Jr., and Robert Sanchez Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
