RENNA -- Nancy Renna went with the Lord on Wednesday, April 25, 2007. She is survived by her husband, Peter Renna, their children: Michele Renna, Lisa Bell and husband, Michael, Jack Renna and wife, Anna; and grandchildren: Nicole, Zayda, and Peter. Nancy and Peter moved from New York to Albuquerque, NM in 1982. In that same year they opened their own company, The Printer's Press. She worked alongside Peter at The Printer's Press until her retirement one year ago. Nancy was involved with many non-profit organizations throughout her life. She added a much needed and wonderful quality to each of them. She also had a great love for animals (as well as people) which showed in her dealings with the NM Zoological Society. She served on the Board of Directors for the NM Zoological Society and was also a past President of that Board. She loved, lived and enjoyed life with everyone (including animals too) who knew her and in turn Nancy known as: Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mom, Grandma and Friend, was and is loved and honored by everyone she touched. A small Service is being held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28, 2007, at Promise Community Church, 3803 Atrisco NW, Suite A. A celebration of life will follow 6:00 p.m. at The Rio Grande Zoo. Everyone is welcome. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to any of Nancy's favorite charities: The NM Zoological Society, the Ronald McDonald House of NM, Make-A-Wish Foundation, El Ranchito de los Ninos, Inc. or Newspapers In Education.
