GARCIA -- Gerald O. Garcia, 18, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on April 9, 2007. Gerald is the beloved son to Evelyn and his stepfather, Alfred Maestas, Sr. Gerald is also survived by his brothers, Alfred Maestas Jr., and Steven C de Baca; his grandparents, Estefan and Florence C de Baca and Betty Molina; aunts and uncles, Alex and Ramona Flores, Miguel and Patsy Sedillo, Steve C de Baca, Manuel and Lori C de Baca; cousins, Dominic and Emmeline Bernal, Miguel and Michelle Sedillo, Pat and Crystal Gonzales, Manny, Richard, and Anthony C de Baca. Gerald was a loving uncle to Alexis and Dominic Bernal, Ashley and Miguel Sedillo. Gerald was preceded in death by his cousin, Alex J. Flores. Gerald was a very special gift, given to his mother-he was her precious diamond-her everything. Gerald was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Thursday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final visitation will be Friday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 8:50 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave. NW, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Edgar Ramirez, Ray Sandoval, Steven Armijo, Santiago Cisneros, Eddie Baca, and Mark Valdez. Honorary pallbearers will be Miguel Sedillo, Steven C de Baca, Dominic Bernal, Pat Gonzales, Manny C de Baca, Richard C de Baca, and Anthony C de Baca.
