TRAVELSTEAD -- Chester C. Travelstead, a longtime resident of Albuquerque and UNM's first Provost, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006. A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, March 4, 2007, 11:00 a.m., at the UNM Student Union Building.
