OTERO -- Gary Otero, 50, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died unexpectedly Tuesday, February 27, 2007. He is survived by his mother, Fran Amos of Brunswick, ME; step-mother, Margaret Otero; siblings, Kathy Otero of Albuquerque, Michael Otero and wife, Sandi of Houston, TX, Paula Otero, Tina Otero, Lea Otero, all of Albuquerque, and Ryan Amos and wife, Amy of Tampa, FL; nieces and nephews, Stephen, Michael Jr., Brooklyn, Paige, Russell, Mitchell, Mark, Cassandra, Craig, Jeff, Robbie, Kaitlyn, Andrew, and Jade; and a large extended family. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Phil Otero. Mr. Otero was a graduate of Highland High School. He worked for many years for his family's restaurant, Doonies. He also worked for Kelly Cable Company. Rosary will be recited Saturday, March 3, 2007, 9:30 a.m., at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway SE, with services to follow at 10:00 a.m. Cremation will follow services. Friends are invited to a reception following church Services. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
