JACOB -- T. PHILIP After a two year battle with cancer, Dr. T. Philip Jacob, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, died on the morning of Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at his home in Corrales, NM. A Memorial will be held at 2:00 p.m. at St. Michael's and All Angels Episcopal Church at 601 Montano Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM, 87107. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to commemorate Philip make a donation in his name to the Animal Humane Association of New Mexico.
