SANCHEZ -- Beatrice Sanchez, 81, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 22 years, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2006. Beatrice was born May 8, 1925 the daughter of Saturnino and Eufelia Chavez in Magdalena, NM. Beatrice enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and dancing. She was a much loved wife, mother, and grandmother. Beatrice made a friend of everyone. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Juan P. Sanchez of Rio Rancho; two sons, Frank P. Sanchez and wife, Cynthia of Albuquerque, and Mike Sanchez and wife, Martha of Gilbert, AZ; one brother, Herman Chavez and wife, Margaret of Albuquerque; five grandchildren, Debbie Montoya, Frank Sanchez Jr. and wife, Alicia, Cathy Llamas and husband, Rudy, Angela Sanchez, and Rebecca Sanchez; and nine great-grandchildren. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services at Vista Verde, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, October 20, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho with interment following in Vista Verde Memorial Park.
