GARCIA -- Augustina Garcia, 85, went home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2006. She was born May 15, 1921 in Carnuel, NM to her parents, Pedro and Elijia Garcia. Augustina was preceded in death by her husband Bernardino Garcia and son, Ernesto Garcia. Augustina is survived by her children: Merlinda Muller, Lena Gutierrez, Pauline Garcia, Julian Garcia and wife, Kathy, Benjamin Garcia and wife, Rose, Mary Ann Ortiz and husband, Luciano, Reina Romero, and Jean Gutierrez and husband, Eloy Jr.; her sister, Carmelita Riboni; and brother, Johnny Garcia; her many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all. A Rosary will be recited for Augustina on Friday, August 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. in the Stover Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A private burial for Augustina will be held on Monday, August 21, 2006. The family would like to thank Hospice, Albuquerque Care Center, and Kathy Garcia for all their love and care during their time of need.
