METZGER -- Joyce B. Metzger, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, August 14, 2006. She is survived by her daughter, Megan and husband, James Foresi of Albuquerque; son, Daniel L. Metzger and wife, Denise of Northville, MI; and three grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, June 2, 1936 to Henry H. and Pauline L. Brown. Joyce earned her Bachelors of Arts at Ohio State University. She continued her education endeavors in New Mexico by earning a paralegal certificate. Joyce worked at the University of New Mexico hospital for over 20 years. In recent years her health declined, yet she continued to grace the hospital with her wit, her charm, and her elegance. Funeral Services will be held, Thursday, August 17, 2006, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE. 843-6333
