HISEY -- Douglas J. Hisey, 62, of Las Cruces, NM, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2006. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines where he served his country honorably during the Vietnam Era. He was a man of diverse experience and talents and will be sorely missed. Douglas is survived by his brother, David P. Hisey, M.D. and wife, Lexa of Tucson, AZ; sister, Joanne L. Achen of Las Cruces, NM; his brother, Allan J. Hisey and wife, Janet of Albuquerque, NM; and his brother-in-law, Howard M. Achen, DS.D.S. of Las Cruces, NM; his nieces, Carrie Achen and Lauren Ogle and husband, Justin and grandniece Alexa Hisey; and his nephews, Todd Hisey, Brad Hisey, Andrew Hisey, and Scott Achen. Private Graveside Services will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mesilla Valley Hospice (La Posada) 299 E.
