GARCIA -- Nestor Garcia Jr., 65, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 6, 2006. Mr. Garcia is the beloved husband to Mrs. Christine Garcia, married for 43 years. Mr. Garcia is also survived by his children, Theresa Garcia, Tommy Garcia and wife, Tina, Manuel Garcia and Rachael, Genevieve Roybal and husband, Martin, Lorraine Flores and husband, Ben; three sisters, Ruth Meadows, Jennie Baker, Frances Ruottinen and husband, Don; two brothers, Max Garcia, Filemon Garcia and wife, Irma; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Garcia was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation for Nestor will be Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph Pl. NW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by the Legion of Mary. Final visitation will be Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ed Sandoval, Ted Sandoval, Robert Baker, Carlos Ruiz, Jonathan Ruiz, and Daniel Garcia. Honorary pallbearer will be Anthony Garcia.
