SPALECK -- Doris E. Spaleck, 73, and a resident of Rio Rancho, passed to the Lord's house Saturday, July 8, 2006. She was born and raised in New York and moved to New Mexico in 1974. During her life in New York, she was active in the Order of the Eastern Star. She worked in accounting during most of her working career, primarily in the banking business. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Dorothy Ris, and by her husband, Hans Spaleck. She is survived by: her sister, Barbara Skelton of Santa Claus, IN; her grandson, Michael Doyle of Albuquerque; and her daughter, Elaine Hamilton of Seattle, WA. A Graveside Service will be Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM with Reverend Andy Anderson officiating.
