FITZPATRICK -- John H. "Jack" Fitzpatrick, 82, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on Friday, March 17, 2006. Jack was born on April 16, 1923, the son of Harriet and John Fitzpatrick in Brooklyn, NY. He was a loving husband and father and a joy to all who knew him. He served his country in WWII as a Marine Corps Sergeant then went on to become a vice president of the Bankers Trust Co. in NYC. He was also a devoted member of the Catholic Church of the Risen Savior in Albuquerque. Jack is survived by his loving wife, Jeanette C. Fitzpatrick; and four children, John T. Fitzpatrick and his wife, Nancy, of Albuquerque, Marianne Rowley and her husband, Donald V. Rowley, of Albuquerque, Jeanette Fitzpatrick of Rio Rancho, and Joanne Scholl and her husband, Thomas Scholl, of Swansboro, NC; and 11 grandchildren: Allison Fitzpatrick, Thomas Fitzpatrick and wife, Rebecca, Katie Fitzpatrick, Masha Fitzpatrick, Michael Rowley, Colin Rowley, Christopher Parsley, John Parsley, Jenny Scholl, TJ Scholl, and Elli Scholl. The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Presbyterian Hospital ICU unit for their loving care. Visitation will be held at Sunrise Funeral Options, 7601 Wyoming NE on Saturday, March 18, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and again on Sunday, March 19, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a Rosary. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 20, 2006 at the Church of the Risen Savior located on Wyoming NE, next door to Sunrise Funeral Options, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
