CHEEVER -- Marjorie Ann Cheever, 77, a resident of Albuquerque since 1947, died February 26, 2006. She was born October 9, 1928 to Fern and Joe Arnott in Boulder, CO. Marjorie is survived by her husband, Leroy; sister, Shirley Fenicle and husband, George of Nevada City, CA; daughter, Jackie Lee Turner and husband, Alan; wonderful grandchildren, Justin and Amber Turner, all of Albuquerque; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Joan Adkins and Josephine Ryan. Marjorie retired from the U.S. West (Mountain Bell Telephone Company) after 37 years of service. After she retired, Marjorie worked for five years with J.C. Penny Telemarketing in Rio Rancho, NM. Memorial Services will be held Friday, March 3, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the All Faiths Receiving Home, P.O. Box 6573 Albuquerque, NM 87197. A reception will be held in Marjorie’s honor following services at 619 Paseo Del Bosque NW. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
