HAGGARD -- Patricia Ragsdale Haggard, 62, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 18 years, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2006 in Billings, MT. Patricia was born April 25, 1943 the daughter of Walter Eugene and Lena Pearl Harrington Ragsdale in Springfield, MA. She married James E. Haggard January 12, 1976, and they were sealed for time and all eternity in the Washington, DC Temple on November 11, 1978. Elder and Sister Haggard have been serving in the Montana Billings Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints since September 12, 2005. Patricia is survived by her husband of 30 years; ten children; and eight grandchildren. A visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. with the Service at 10:00 a.m. today, Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at the Star Heights Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2807 19th Ave S.E., near Golf Course Rd., Rio Rancho, with Bishop J. C. Bowerman conducting, and President Lane Sego presiding. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park Arrangements by Vista Verde Mortuary Rio Rancho, New Mexico 892-9920
