MARTINEZ -- FLORENIO C. Mr. Florenio C. Martinez, 65, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on December 23, 2005 peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. Mr. Martinez is the beloved husband to Mrs. Mary Zenovia Martinez, married for 43 years. Mr. Martinez is also survived by his children, Monica Mondragon and husband, James, Thomas Martinez, and John Martinez; three grandchildren, Dereck Martinez, Jamie Mondragon, and Jarred Mondragon; many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Casimiro and Felicita; five brothers, David, Ernesto, Estanislado, Sammy, and Orlando Martinez. Mr. Martinez was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation for Mr. Martinez will be Monday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pete Torrez, Joe Romeo, Willie Ulibarri, Lee Romero, Dereck Martinez, and Tommy Sena. Honorary pallbearer will be Robert Romero.
