KENT -- Ruth Kent, 86, beloved wife, mother, and friend, died in the presence of her family and a lifelong friend on November 22, 2005, as a result of surgical complications. Ruth's husband of 63 years, Roxley Kent, preceded her in death on April 16, 2003. Ruth is survived by her son, Larry Kent and wife, Kay, of Corrales, NM; and her daughter, Carol Martinez, of Fullerton, CA; eight grandchildren, Robbie, Michael, Randy, Tracy, Tammy, Ricky, Larry, Jr., and Darcy; seven great-grandchildren, Myka, Nicholas, Tony, Shelby, Louis, Amber, and Shauna, as well as their respective extended family members; and Ruth's faithful canine companion, Sammy.
