MILLER -- Travis Wayne Miller, 25, died Friday, October 21, 2005. He is survived by his father, Jerry Miller and Debbie Carlson; mother, Faith Miller-Doty and husband, Ernie; sister, Courtney Marie Miller; grandparents; Joan Rhoades and Roy Howard, Gerald Rhoades, Jerry Miller Sr. and Tonya Drake; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Arbolee Miller; uncle, Davis Ray Miller; and aunt, Debra Ruth Kalm. Travis was born on June 15, 1980 in Albuquerque. He graduated from Manzano High School in 1998. He attended Utah Valley State College. Travis received his love of the outdoors from his Dad and shared these passions with him. He enjoyed fly-fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, scuba diving, duck hunting, golfing, snowboarding, and playing poker. Travis was very close to his family, especially his cousins, and will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE on Monday, October 24, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ducks Unlimited Inc., Memorial Contributions, One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, TN 38120.
