OLDFIELD -- Infant Ryken Doc Oldfield, age 3 1/2 months, son of Lindsay and Ryan Oldfield, passed away unexpectedly Monday October 10, 2005. Surviving besides his parents are his big brother, Roan Chism Oldfield; his maternal grandmother, Lynn Hill and husband, Russ, of Hobbs; paternal grandparents, Ron Oldfield of Los Lunas and Geneva Oldfield of Albuquerque; great-grandparents, Betty Chism of Hobbs and Leland and Ida Mae Oldfield of Albuquerque; aunts, Rhonda Kimbell and husband, Ross, of Lubbock, TX and Lesley Chism of Hobbs, NM; and many great uncles, aunts, and cousins. Ryken was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Donnie Chism; great-grandparents, Orvelle Chism, Bill and Ruth Lohmann, and Robert and Gladys Cole. Funeral Services for Ryken will be held on Friday 2:00 p.m., at Del Norte Baptist Church, 5800 Montgomery NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
