ALDERETE -- PAUL JR. Mr. Paul Alderete Jr., 78, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 22, 2005. Mr. Alderete is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-eight years, Sally Alderete; his son, Ivan Alderete and wife, Theresa; three brothers, Leo Alderete and wife, Rosie, Telesfor Alderete and wife, Pauline, Roman Alderete and wife, Dolores; three grandchildren, Jason Paul Alderete, Gary Alderete and Jamy Alderete; two great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Alderete was preceded in death by his son, Stan Alderete. Mr. Alderete was a member of the Catholic Church, a charter member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 49 for fifty four years. His hobbies included fishing, hunting and woodworking. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Mrs. Martha Herrera. Final visitation will be Thursday morning in the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father John Tourangeau. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ivan Alderete, Jason Paul Alderete, Gary Alderete, Ralph Aragon, Fred Silva, Eugene Moya.
