WARNER -- Ronald E. Warner, 77, from Albuquerque, NM, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2005 of multiple complications at Princeton Place. Graveside Services will be held later in Norwich, NY. Ronald was born in Norwich, NY, the son of Victor and Mable Warner on October 8, 1927. He was stationed in Guam while serving in the army. He attended Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and graduated from Eckert College in St. Petersburg, FL with a BS Degree. After 30 years he retired from Florida Power Corporation. Ronald alternated domiciles between Florida and Albuquerque, NM. While in Albuquerque Ronald volunteered his services to the Prostate Cancer Support Association of New Mexico (PCSANM) in the early nineties. At that time it was a fledgling organization and he served as secretary-treasurer. Ronald was a helpful, compassionate and caring individual always considerate of the mood-personality and demeanor of others, be they relatives, newly met or long standing friends. This natural disposition was an inborn trait that was very endearing and will continue to be impressed on his acquaintances. Survivors include a sister, Arleta West of Laurel, MT; and an adopted son, Victor, in Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. Thanks to Princeton Place, the owner and dedicated staff for their caring and comfort during the last month. Contributions in his memory would be well received by the Crohn's Disease Foundation or PCSANM, 909 Virginia NE #109, ABQ, NM 87108.
