CHAVEZ -- Stephen Jade Chavez went to meet his precious Lord on July 8, 2005. He was born in Tacoma Washington on January 8, 1963. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Jantzen, Albuquerque. Son, Stephen Benton Chavez, Las Vegas, Nevada. Brothers, Charles his wife Kim and children, Jade and Alexandria, Albuquerque. Scott and his wife Susie and children, Rachel, Raven and Regan, North Carolina, aunt, Yolanda Ankeny, Albuquerque, uncles Robert, Albuquerque, Dennis, Bailey CO., Emos, Kerns Utah, Ben Nogales AZ, Andrew, Ricky, Danny, Elefio, Dillon, Taos, NM. Aunts Marbella, Frances Taos NM, and many cousins. Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Carlos Chavez. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at 11:00 am at Jesus First, 11619 Menaul Blvd. NE Albuquerque. The family wishes to give special thanks to Vista Care Hospice, Bill Mortensen, Dr. Anne Morrison and all the support of prayers from everyone. Donations may be made in his name to Jesus First Church.
