SENA -- JUANITA SENA MARCH 27, 1916 - MAY 7, 2005 On May 7, 2005, after a very courageous battle with cancer, Juanita Sena was called from her home in Pecos, NM to be in paradise with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her loving family was with her by her bed-side. Juanita was a life long member of the Catholic Church and a long time member of the Union Protectiva Feminina. She was preceded in death by her mother and father: Manuelita and Alejandrino Vigil; her sisters: Modesta Romero and Carlota Roybal; her brothers: Patricio Vigil, Ramon Vigil, and Reymundo Vigil; her brother in law, John Garcia; and daughter in law, Eutimia Roybal. A loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, she is survived by her loving husband, Fernando Sena; sons: Nerio Roybal and Bob Solano and his wife Lorraine; three sisters: Martha Tapia and husband Phil, Vera Garcia, Tommie Trujillo and husband Gilbert; two step-sons: Eddie Sena, Clyde Roy Sena and his wife Lucy; eight step-daughters: Mary Ann and husband Urbano Martinez, Dolores Sena and companion Al Jaramillo; Bea and husband Julian H. Ortiz; Virginia and husband Chris Melton, Nora Arellano and companion Herman Young; Isabel and husband John Anthony Quintana, Darlene and husband David Esch and Terri Rodriguez; three grandchildren: Carole Roybal, Eric Solano, and Anna Marie Solano; 26 step-grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other close relatives and special friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Eric Solano, Ernie Vigil, John Garcia, Nash Roybal, Delvin Morris, and Ben Martinez. Honorary pallbearers: Miles Solano, Julian J. Ortiz, Jeremy Ortiz, John Ortiz, Alan Arellano, Ivan Varela, Fabian Varela, Arnold Perea, Adrian Perea, Joe Romero, Cruz Villalba, and Rudy Sweeney. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 11, 2005, 10 a.m. at St. Anthony's in Pecos with interment following in Pecos.
